One of Dando's most loved rigs for over 15 years, the Terrier has recently been joined by a new member of the family, the Terrier MK2.
The new MK2 rig draws on all the requests and suggestions from the Terrier drilling community from over the years, in combination with a healthy dose of design wizardry supplied by Dando's engineers.
Originally designed for site-investigation work in the UK, the versatility of the little Terrier rig - and its evolution over time to include a rotary mast - has cemented its place in a number of other sectors. From blast hole drilling in Mexico, DTH hammer drilling in the Congo, alluvial gold sampling in Indonesia, to site investigation in Hawaii as well as at home all over the UK, the rig has a place in every drillers fleet.
